1. Raiding Experience (Please specify if in a leadership role):
played on ysondre from launch day, raided every pre-bc 40man with sleepless, quit for BC becauase sleepless left, came back after ICC came out, have done toc/togc full clear, only done enough ulduar for weeklys (ALTHOUGH id like to do more), icc 10 =11/12 heroic, icc 25=9/12 heroic (although we got putricide to 4% many times)

I'm still in Heartbreakers on Lethon, but our progression isnt at the level i feel personally I am at. The guild isnt a progression based guild, it's more of a be-nice-to-everyone- guild which really holds us back progression wise. If you look at the WOL i posted (sorry i dont think we use WMS or WMO) i am the top healer every single attempt im healing for and most of the time there is a large gap between me and the others =/. Our server doesn't have any progression guilds that are at least 4/12 heroic icc except for a french-only guild, so im looking for a group of people around the same skill level as me

If you look at my spec and are wondering why the heck i put points into the holy talent that reduces the cast time of greater heal / holy fire + smite, it's because i Gheal the tanks a lot in raids. Divine aegis procs on fights where the tank is getting constantly hit and the raid is not taking so much damage is a more useful resource than a 8% spell damage reduction. I am very confident in my ability to perform in a raid environment and would be willing to server transfer just for a trial spot to be evaluated. I know my class very well (i raid as disc atm but i have done icc 25 heroic as all three specs-performance is maintained throughout). I'm not looking for a friendly helpful guild that carries half the raid because they are a group of nice people. I like nice people, but i am sick of carrying; if you guys are like what's above please dont even reply to this application^^ im looking for medium-hardcore progression where individual performance is valued highly, and teamwork to achieve boss kills is the ultimate goal.
